 Ways of Giving
Portsmouth Christian Schools have a long history of providing quality education in partnership with a community of friends and family who support our mission. There are many ways you can financially support the mission of PCS to ensure the future of a PCS education for generations to come.
Ways to give include:

Cash/Check – Make your checks payable to Portsmouth Christian Schools .

Gifts of Stocks – Stock gifts may provide significant tax advantages. Please check with your personal financial advisor.

Matching Gift Program – Check with you and your spouse's employer to see if they have a Matching Gift Program.

Planned Gift – A “Planned Gift” can benefit both you and PCS.

Gifts in-kind – Donations of goods or commodities relevant to our educational programs are welcome (Please check with our administrative office before giving).

Memorial and Tribute Gifts – A way to honor or remember an important person.

Bequest – Remember PCS in your will and create a lasting legacy at the school. Bequests may include an estate, a percentage of an estate or a specific cash amount. Be naming PCS in your will you may avoid considerable estate taxes. IRA's, 401(k) s, and other qualified retirement plans, for example, may be subject to estate and income taxes that can total up to 80% of their value. When given to PCS, these investments can come to the school tax-free.

End-of-year giving – Take advantage of tax deductions by giving to PCS.

Pledges – You may make a commitment to PCS payable over three to five years. This may allow you to give more generously over a period of time tan would be possible through a single contribution.
