William R. Byrum Jr. PORTSMOUTH - William Roy "Bill" Byrum Jr. went to be with the Lord April 6, 2009. Bill was born Dec. 19, 1975, in Portsmouth, and was a member of Alexander Baptist Church who loved his family and was a musician who loved music. Bill was the proud father of a son, Noah William Byrum and is also survived by his fianc�e, Christina Cain; parents, William R. and Beverly C. Byrum; two sisters, Rebecca Marin and husband Mike and Susan Baublitz and husband Steve; a grandmother, Carrie Byrum; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
