Purpose and Objectives
It is the school's desire to be a reinforcement to the Christian home. Students are taught what the proper respect between mother, father, child, husband, or wife and God should be. We believe the home and church are the two institutions ordained of God to carry out His plan for the Christian life. Portsmouth Christian does not attempt nor desire to replace the Christian home, but tries to strengthen the home as God wants it to be according to His word.

Other objectives for which we strive are:

1. To provide a sound academic education integrated with a Christian view of God and the world.
   
2. To uphold the bible as specific in stating the principles which underlie Christian Education (Col. 1:16 & 17: John 3:3; Col. 2:3)
